It has always been difficult for me to talk about myself, but this time I have to.
I consider myself a lover of software development, I like to be always learning, innovating and being at the forefront of technologies, I like to provide myself with challenges and meet them. I have fun programming, it is something I do with pleasure and I hope to continue doing it for many years to come.

Jefferson started out as a Frontend developer on our project, but quickly proved he could also take on Backend work. He was then promoted to a Full-Stack developer. Jefferson thrives in any developer role. He makes a point to understand the requirements at hand and always asks intelligent and relevant questions. He is an excellent communicator when it comes to providing explanations or statuses of tasks. When we first started working together his English was slightly lacking, but after only a few months his English drastically improved and is now really great. He is extremely dependable and goes above and beyond to ensure his work is completed correctly and on time. He often steps up to help other team members finish their work as well.
Working on an extremely fast paced and demanding project, Jefferson has continuously excelled and risen to the occasion.
